Cherry pie filling (without pie crust)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of cherries, pitted
  2. 1 tsp of lemon
  3. 1 tsp of salt
  4. 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  5. 4 tbsp of almond powder
  6. 3 tbsp of coconut powder
  7. 14 ounces of coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a baking bowl, together and mix.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 375 F
  3. Serve.
