Healthy Cream for popsicles,ice cream,cakes , truffles and e.t.c.

Lets say you want to make a desert and need cream, you hate canned cream. Don’t worry I have a healthy cream recipe for you right now.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of any milk of your choice.
  2. 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  3. 2 tablespoons of syrup of your choice.
  4. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  5. 1 teaspoon of ginger (optional).

Instructions:

  1. Mix the milk and the coconut oil together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture, mix well.
  3. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add more coconut oil if you need to, but not too much.
  5. Serve and Enjoy in amazing dishes.
