Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 2 cups of apple cider vinegar
- 2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Instructions:
- Wash the apples and chop them finely.
- In a saucepan cook the vinegar, sugar, water and turmeric for five minutes.
- Put the apples in a jar and when the mixture is cool enough, put the mixture in the jar with the apples.
- Let the apples marinate into the mixture fully, then use the pickle in dishes.
