- 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon of cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons of rose syrup
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients (mango chunks, salt, syrup, cardamom powder, and almond milk) into a blender and blend until you have a puree mixture.
- Pour the mixture (which was created by the previous step) into popsicle molds
- Freeze your kulfis until your kulfis form (they should be a similar texture to popsicles. This will take about 6 hours to a day).
- Enjoy!
