- 1 cup of small onions peeled or 2 large onions peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of white wine vinegar
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 1 cinammon stick
Instructions:
- Heat up a pan.
- When the pan is heated put the onion, vinegar, and cinammon stick in the pan and cook and mix for a few minuets.
- Now put the mixture (the onion, vinegar, and cinammon that you just cooked and mixed together) in a jar and add the chilies to the jar.
- Let the pickle set until the onions turn pink and are crunchy.
- Serve!
