Ingredients:
- 2 cups of brocoli
- 1/4 cup of cabbage
- 4 tabelspoons of spring onions
- 1/2 cup of kale to be steamed of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of macedamia oil
- 1/8 cup of hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/16 cup of eggplant
- 8 tablespoons of mint
Instructions:
- Chop the kale, cabbage, eggplant,brocoli, and spring onions, well.
- Steam the veggies together for 7-15 minuets.
- Take the veggies out of the steamer and let them cool.
- Put them in a big bowl and add the macedamia oil and the other ingredients to the veggies and mix well
- Serve.
