Flavorful Vegetable bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of brocoli
  2. 1/4 cup of cabbage
  3. 4 tabelspoons of spring onions
  4. 1/2 cup of kale to be steamed of your choice
  5. 1 tablespoon of macedamia oil
  6. 1/8 cup of hemp hearts
  7. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  8. 1/16 cup of eggplant
  9. 8 tablespoons of mint

Instructions:

  1. Chop the kale, cabbage, eggplant,brocoli, and spring onions, well.
  2. Steam the veggies together for 7-15 minuets.
  3. Take the veggies out of the steamer and let them cool.
  4. Put them in a big bowl and add the macedamia oil and the other ingredients to the veggies and mix well
  5. Serve.
