Berry truffles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of strawberries
  2. 1 cup of raspberries
  3. 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  4. 1 tablespoon of macadamia oil
  5. 1/8 cup of hemp hearts
  6. 1/4 cup of blackberries
  7. 8 tablespoons of almond butter
  8. 1 cup of chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions:

  1. Freeze the fruits overnight.
  2. Put the fruits and the other ingredients in the food processer and process until you have a fine puree for truffles.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls with your hands and put them on a plate.
  4. Put them in the fridge for 10-20 minuets
  5. Serve
