Healthy pasta bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of lentil pasta
  2. 1/4 cup of celery leaves
  3. 1/12 cup of mushrooms
  4. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  6. 1 cup of steamed articokes bases, chopped
  7. 1/8 cup of cilantro leaves
  8. 3 handuls of basil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta for 10-14 minuets.
  2. In a pan cook the vegetables, pasta, and olive oil
  3. Turn the stove off and put the pasta in a serving bowl and add the lemon juice and all the other ingredients.
  4. Serve.
