Ingredients:
- 2 cups of lentil pasta
- 1/4 cup of celery leaves
- 1/12 cup of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of steamed articokes bases, chopped
- 1/8 cup of cilantro leaves
- 3 handuls of basil
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta for 10-14 minuets.
- In a pan cook the vegetables, pasta, and olive oil
- Turn the stove off and put the pasta in a serving bowl and add the lemon juice and all the other ingredients.
- Serve.
