Delicious Quinoa bowl (Healthy lunch idea)

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of quinoa
  2. 1 cup of brocoli
  3. 2 brocoli stems,chopped
  4. 2 carrots,chopped
  5. 1/8 cup of pink lentils
  6. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  7. 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  8. 4 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  9. 5 tablespoons of cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Boil the quinoa for 13-18 minuets.
  2. Bake the brocoli in the oven, set the oven to 210* C, for around 20 minutes.
  3. Boil the pink lentils for 10- 20 minuets.
  4. After the pink lentils, brocoli, and quinoa have been cooked, put them in a bowl together.
  5. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  6. Serve and Enjoy.
