Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pecans.
- 1 teaspoon of orange juice.
- 1 cup of hazelnuts.
- 1 cup of almond milk.
- 1 cup of hemp flour.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1/8 cup of whatever fruit you want (I would suggest using cherries that have been pitted.)
- 1/12 cup of cocoa powder.
- 1 cup of chia seeds. Instructions:
- . Pound the nuts.
- Mix the nuts, milk, flour,cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange juice together to form the cake batter.
- Blend the fruit and chia seeds together, until you have a puree.
- Mix the puree into the batter.
- Put the batter (with the fruit puree) in a cake tin, but first line up parchment paper in a tin, and use depending on the tin’s size.
- Bake for forty five minutes to an hour.
