Welcome to my 3 week healthy dessert program! We are going to make popsicles for three weeks.
Week 1:
Plum popsicles:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe plum
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
- Chop the plums finely and pit them.
- Mix the water and honey together.
- Add the plums to the honey and water and mix well.
- Put one sixth of the mixture in each mold.
- Freeze the popsicles overnight .
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
- Serve and Enjoy
Week 2:
Cherry popsicles:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of cherries, pitted
- 2 cups of rice milk
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
Instructions:
- Chop the pitted cherries finely
- Mix the rice milk with the agave syrup
- Add the cherries to the rice milk and agave syrup and mix well
- Put 1/8 of the mixture in each mold
- Freeze the popsicles overnight
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
- Serve
Week 3:
Orange juice popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1/4 cup of mint, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients together well.
- Put 1/8 of the mixture in each mold
- Freeze the popsicles overnight
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
- Serve
