Ingredients:
- 3 slices of tempeh
- 1 cup of romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup of brocoli
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup of mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of cashew cream
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
- Chop the tempeh into cubes.
- Chop the brocoli, mushrooms,tomato, and romaine lettuce finely.
- Bake the brocoli, tempeh, and mushrooms for 30 mineuts in the oven.
- Keep the tomato and romaine lettuce in a bowl.
- Add the roasted brocoli, tempeh, and mushrooms to the romaine lettuce and tomatoes.
- Make the dressing with the olive oil, wine vinegar, and cahsew cream.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Mix well.
