Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of elderberry syrup
- 1/4 cup of mint
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Chop the mint.
- Mix the mint and the others ingredients well, in a bowl.
- Put 1/4 of the mixture in each mold.
- Freeze the popsicles overnight.
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds but don’t let them melt.
- Serve immediately.
