Ingredients:
1.2 bunches of kale
2. 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
3. 1 teaspoon of salt
4. 1 tablespoon of water
5.6 slices of squash
6.1 teaspoon of oil
7. 1/4 cup of herbs
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Instructions:
- Boil the veggies.
- Cook the boiled veggies with the olive oil in a pan for 5 minuets
- Blend every thing except the cashews .
4. Get the cashews that have been soaked and blend the cashews .
5. Toss the cashew cream in the soup.
6. Mix the soup and the cream.
7. Let the soup simmer for 40 minuets .
8. Mix with the vinegar to give it flavor
9. Serve
