Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1/8 cup of maple syrup
- 1 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of almond milk
Instructions:
- Toast the pecans until they are nice and brown.
- In a food processer combine the pecans, water, coconut oil and maple syrup and process until you have a butter like texture.
- Put the pecan nut butter with the almond milk in a blender and blend until you have a smoothie like texture.
- Put an eighth of the popsicle mixture in each mold.
- Freeze the popsicles overnight.
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds. (DON’T let them melt)
- Serve and enjoy.
