Healthy chocolate chia seed pudding (doesn’t need to be frozen)

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of oat milk or almond milk
  2. 1/4 cup of any nut butter of your choice
  3. 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  4. 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  5. 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
  6. 1 banana, peeled and chopped

Instructions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend, until you have a chia seed pudding like texture.
  3. Serve out to individual bowls and one more tablespoon of maple syrup to add more sweetness.
  4. Serve and Enjoy.
