Ingredients:
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 banana, peeled
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar (To help them rise)
Instructions:
- Whisk the ingredients in a bowl together until you have a batter like texture.
- Transfer into a baking tin and bake for 30-45 minuets.
- Serve in to individual plates.
