Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
Instructions:
- Put the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have the right puree for truffles.
- Roll the mixture using your palms in to little truffle shaped balls.
- Let them set for 15-20 minuets in your fridge.
