Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pumpkin, flesh only, cooked and cool
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Instructions:
- Combine the maple syrup, milk, and pumpkin flesh in a blender.
- Blend until you have a smoothie texture.
- Add the coconut oil and coconut sugar to the smoothie.
- Blend again until the oil and the sugar mix well with the smoothie.
- Serve in to drinking glasses.
