
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice (do not include the seeds)
- 1/8 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated or chopped
Instructions:
- Take one to two lemons and squeeze out the juice only, no seeds as stated. You should have as much juice as required for the recipe. I recommend squeezing out the juice in a medium sized drinking glass.
- Add the water to the lemon juice and start mixing using a spoon. Be sure to mix them together very thoroughly.
- Now add the turmeric and ginger to the mixture. Mix the two ingredients thoroughly in to the the concoction of lemon and water.
- Taste it and decide what ingredients you need to add more of or whether the tonic is ready.
- Serve and enjoy.
