A gola is an indian ice lollipop and is widely popular during hot summers in India. There are so many flavors of gola which you will absolutely enjoy. You can use modifications based on your flavor of prefrence when you make your gola. But today we are making a rose gola.
Ingredients:
1 bowl of ice (this will make about 3 golas)
1 cup of rose syrup (if you don’t have that just mix rose syrup with sugar and cook it on a flame)
Instructions:
- Heat the rose syrup with a little bit of water.
- When the consistency is liquidy, take it off the flame. Let it cool for a bit.
- Blend the ice into snow.
- Put the snow in different cups. Insert a stick and shape the snow cones like popsicles.
- Drizzle the rose syrup on each snow cone, but you can use different flavors for different snow cones if that is what you prefer.
- Serve right away!
