Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of raw mango, peeled and chopped finely
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of amchur (mango) powder
- 4 tablespoons of cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons of black salt
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and roasted
- 1/4 cup of cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Mash the two garlic cloves into a garlic paste.
- Except for the garlic (which we made into a paste), put all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the garlic paste to the raitha (ie add the garlic paste to the other ingredients in that bowl in which you put them).
- Now mix the raitha (ie the mixture of the ingredients inside it) well.
- Serve
