Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of chopped and peeled cucumber pieces
- 2 tablespoons of amchur (mango) powder
- 1 tablespoon of black salt
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and roasted
- 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons of cumin powder.
- 1/8 cup of chopped mint leaves
Instructions:
- Mash in the garlic into a paste like texture.
- Except for the garlic put all the other ingredients and a bowl and then give it a quick stir.
- Add the garlic to the raitha (ie the ingredients in the bowl from step 2) and give the raitha another stir.
- Serve!
