Raita is a type of yogurt sauce used in India. There are many types of raithas- cucumber raitha, grape raitha, spinach, raitas, and so many other types of raitha’s. Today, im going to show how to make grape raitha.
Ingreidents:
- 1/2 cup of grapes, chopped (and in this case each grape should be cut into half.
- 2 tablespoons of cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon of black salt
- 1 tablespoon of amchur (mango) powder
- 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roasted
- 1 red chili, chopped.
- 1 and a half cups of yogurt
Instructions:
- Mash the two garlic peices before making the raitha.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (other than the garlic) in a bowl and mix well.
- Now add the garlic to the bowl (as in the bowl that has the rest of ingredients in it for this recipe) and mix the raitha again.
- Serve!
