- 1/2 cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of agar agar jelly
- 1 cup of cow’s milk (I used A2 milk but use almond milk if you are vegan)
- 1/4 cup of rose syrup
- 2 tablespoons of cardamom powder
Instructions:
- On a low flame, cook all the ingredients in a pot until the agar agar jelly has dissolved and the mixture is hot and is mixed thoroughly.
- Pour your mixture into small individuals bowl and keep those in the fridge for about 2-3 hours at least.
- Serve and enjoy!!
