Ingredients:
- 2 cup of jackfruits, pitted
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of black salt
- 1 2 tablespoons of organic and tart mango juice (optional)
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
Ingredients:
- Freeze your jackfruits for at least 6 to 8 hours (note: if you already have frozen jackfruit you can skip this step).
- Put the jackfruit, coconut sugar, black salt, mango juice, and almond milk in the blender and blend until your mixture has an ice cream like texture.
