Indian jackfruit ice cream

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cup of jackfruits, pitted
  2. 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons of black salt
  4. 1 2 tablespoons of organic and tart mango juice (optional)
  5. 1/4 cup of almond milk

Ingredients:

  1. Freeze your jackfruits for at least 6 to 8 hours (note: if you already have frozen jackfruit you can skip this step).
  2. Put the jackfruit, coconut sugar, black salt, mango juice, and almond milk in the blender and blend until your mixture has an ice cream like texture.
  3. That’s it, Serve!
