Indian mango rose ice cream

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of soaked cashews
  2. 1 cup of mango flesh (from a fresh mango)
  3. 10 tablespoons of rose syrup
  4. 2 tablespoons of cardamom powder
  5. 2 cups of almond milk
  6. 3 tablespoons of rose petal powder (organic)
  7. 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is COMPLETELY blended.
  2. Put the mixture (that you made in step 1) in a churner (that’s very cold) and churn until you get an ice cream like texture.
  3. That’s it, serve and enjoy!!
