The easiest Indian mango almond ice cream

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of almond milk
  2. 2 tablespoons of saffron powder (organic)
  3. 1 cup of soaked almonds
  4. 1 cup of mango flesh (from a fresh mango).
  5. 2 tablespoons of cane sugar

Instructions:

  1. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smoothie like texture and everything is COMPLETELY blended
  2. Put the mixture ( that you made in step 1) in a cold churner and churn until you have an ice cream like texture.
  3. That’s it, serve immediately, and enjoy it!
