Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of boondi (please find this at your local indian store)
- 1 cup of organic yogurt
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 tbsp of chaat masala (please find this at your local indian store)
- 2 tbsp of cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp of fresh curry leaves
Instrucitons:
- Put the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add your cumin powder, chili powder, and chaat masala to the yogurt and stir well.
- Now add your cilantro leaves, curry leaves, and boondi to the mixture that you made in step 2.
- Mix well and serve your boondi raitha.
