Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- 1 cup of brocoli
- 1 cup of sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of kale (that needs to be steamed)
- 1 cup of cabbage
- 1/8 cup of mint
- 1/4 cup of hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of chilly flakes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 sliced avacado
- 1/16 cup of parsely
- 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Steam the vegetables for 10-14 minuets (don’t steam the herbs, avacado or anything else.)
- Put the veggies in a bowl and add the hemp hearts, parsely and the mint.
- Add the other ingredients to the bowl.
- Serve.
