Big veggie bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of cauliflower
  2. 1 cup of brocoli
  3. 1 cup of sweet potatoes
  4. 1 cup of kale (that needs to be steamed)
  5. 1 cup of cabbage
  6. 1/8 cup of mint
  7. 1/4 cup of hemp hearts
  8. 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  9. 1 teaspoon of chilly flakes
  10. 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  11. 1 sliced avacado
  12. 1/16 cup of parsely
  13. 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
  14. 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

  1. Steam the vegetables for 10-14 minuets (don’t steam the herbs, avacado or anything else.)
  2. Put the veggies in a bowl and add the hemp hearts, parsely and the mint.
  3. Add the other ingredients to the bowl.
  4. Serve.
