Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of soaked chickpeas
  2. 1 cup of cauliflower
  3. 1 cup of mixed greens
  4. 1 cup of celery
  5. 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (non-alchoholic)
  6. 1/4 cup of basil leaves
  7. 1/8 cup of pumkin seeds
  8. 3 sliced avacados
  9. 1/2 cup of cabbage
  10. 1 cup of squash

Intsrtuctions:

  1. Cook the veggies, exepct the celery,mixed greens and avacado and chickpeas one the chickpeas are soaked.
  2. Roast the pumkin seeds
  3. Put the veggies, chickpeas,and pumkin seeds in a bowl.
  4. Add the other ingredients, first chop the celery.
  5. Serve.
