Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked chickpeas
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- 1 cup of mixed greens
- 1 cup of celery
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (non-alchoholic)
- 1/4 cup of basil leaves
- 1/8 cup of pumkin seeds
- 3 sliced avacados
- 1/2 cup of cabbage
- 1 cup of squash
Intsrtuctions:
- Cook the veggies, exepct the celery,mixed greens and avacado and chickpeas one the chickpeas are soaked.
- Roast the pumkin seeds
- Put the veggies, chickpeas,and pumkin seeds in a bowl.
- Add the other ingredients, first chop the celery.
- Serve.
