Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of any nut butter of your choice
- 8 raspberries
- 16 blackberries
- 1/8 cup of ice
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 8 dates, pitted and chopped
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
Instructions:
- Blend the almond milk, maple syrup, nut butter, ice, lemon juice, coconut oil, and dates until you have a smoothie like texture.
- In each mold put a quarter of all your popsicle mixture.
- Put the four pieces of fruit in each popsicle, and you can combine the fruits in which ever way you like but don’t put more than four fruits in each popsicle.
- Freeze your popsicles for at least 4-8 hours.
- Serve and Enjoy.
