Ingredients:
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of avocado
- 1/8 cup of cashew nuts
- 1/3 cup of hazelnuts
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 cup of dates
- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
Instructions:
- Chop the hazelnuts and cashew nuts, finely.
- Chop and pit the dates.
- Pound the nuts until they have a butter like texture.
- Pit and remove the avocado’s skin without hurting yourself.
- Mash the avocado.
- Add the avocado, coconut milk, hazelnuts, cashewnuts, dates, frozen blackberries, and the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until you have a smoothie like texture.
- Serve and Gulp down!
