- 1 cup of quinoa
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 brocoli, chopped
- 1 handful of parsely
Instructions:
- Chop and roast the carrots for 30 mineuts.
- Boil the quinoa with water for 10 mineuts, and leave a lid on it and turn if off, and leave , the remaining energey will cook the quinoa and make it light and fluffy.
- Chop the garlic and mix it with the lemon, olive oil, and wine vinegar.
- Mix the quinoa, carrots,and dressing with the rest of ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve.
