ingredients:
- 1 cup of blueberry powder
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/8 cup of blueberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 eggs, cracked
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1 cup of any nut butter you like
- 1/8 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl well and make sure there are no lumps and that everything is mixed together, (nothing is left out of the mixture) .
- Use a glass container and pour in the mixture
- Bake at 375 F for around 45 minuets.
- Slice the blueberry bars into squares.
- Let it cool and serve.
