Ingredients:
- 1/16 cup of matcha powder
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 16 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
Instructions:
- Mix the matcha powder and milk together well .
- Microwave the matcha milk for 30 minuets
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, eggs, maple syrup, agave syrup, water and oil.
- Add the matcha milk to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put parchement paper along a baking tin.
- Put the mixture in the baking tin.
- Bake at 350 F-375 F for an hour.
- Slice into squares.
- Let the cake cool and Serve.
