Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 16 tablespoons of water
Instrcutions:
- Mix the avocado with the water, stir really well to form a drink like texture.
- Blend the watered avocado with the other ingredients.
- Serve an enjoy.
