- 1 cup of pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1+1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
Instructions:
- Blend the pineapple, banana and almond milk together, until you have a smoothie like texture.
- Put the maple syrup in to the mixture and mix.
- Put 1/10 of the mixture in each mold.
- Freeze overnight.
- Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
- Serve.
