Ingredients:
- 1 cup of kale, cooked
- 1 avocado, peeled
- 4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup of brocoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
- 1/8 cup of flax seeds
Instructions:
- Slice the avocado into cubes.
- Chop the brocoli florets into bite sized chunks.
- Put the avocado, kale, brocoli florets and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the olive oil and vinegar together to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Mix well
