Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pecans, soaked
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 bananas. peeled and chopped
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smoothie/ pudding like texture.
- Put the pudding in the fridge for at least four hours or until set.
- Keep in the fridge in case you want to consume this pudding in the future.
- Serve and enjoy
