Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 2 chillies, tall
- 5 spoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind
- 3 spoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of of sugar
- Salt to taste (about a teaspoon or two)
Instructions:
- Chop the carrots and chilies into matchsticks.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together (and well) in a large bowl.
- put the carrots and chillies with the mixture.
- Mix the carrots in chilies in the mixture using you hands (DO NOT use a metal spoon).
- Serve with Gujurati dishes and enjoy!
