Brussel sprouts salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of brussel sprouts, chopped.
  2. 1 cup of arugula
  3. 1/3 cup of chopped celery.
  4. 1/4 cup of mushrooms, chopped.
  5. 1 clove of chopped and peeled garlic
  6. 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Roast the brussel sprouts and mushrooms for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the lemon and olive oil.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl, all together.
  4. Add the roasted veggies and the dressing to that bowl.
  5. Mix and serve!

Nut and Fruit Cooling Shake

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups of coconut milk
  2. 1/3 cup of avocado
  3. 1/8 cup of cashew nuts
  4. 1/3 cup of hazelnuts
  5. 1 tsp of coconut oil
  6. 1 cup of dates
  7. 1 cup of frozen blackberries

Instructions:

  1. Chop the hazelnuts and cashew nuts, finely.
  2. Chop and pit the dates.
  3. Pound the nuts until they have a butter like texture.
  4. Pit and remove the avocado’s skin without hurting yourself.
  5. Mash the avocado.
  6. Add the avocado, coconut milk, hazelnuts, cashewnuts, dates, frozen blackberries, and the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  7. Blend until you have a smoothie like texture.
  8. Serve and Gulp down!

Nutty and favorful popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of almond milk
  2. 1/4 cup of any nut butter of your choice
  3. 8 raspberries
  4. 16 blackberries
  5. 1/8 cup of ice
  6. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  7. 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  8. 8 dates, pitted and chopped
  9. 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Blend the almond milk, maple syrup, nut butter, ice, lemon juice, coconut oil, and dates until you have a smoothie like texture.
  2. In each mold put a quarter of all your popsicle mixture.
  3. Put the four pieces of fruit in each popsicle, and you can combine the fruits in which ever way you like but don’t put more than four fruits in each popsicle.
  4. Freeze your popsicles for at least 4-8 hours.
  5. Serve and Enjoy.

Healthy green salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of quinoa
  2. 1 cup of arugula
  3. 1 zuchini, chopped finely
  4. 1 cup of basil
  5. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. 4 tablespoons of cashewnuts
  7. 1 teaspoon of salt
  8. 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  9. 1/2 garlic, peeled
  10. 4 tablespoons of white vinegar
  11. 2 sliced tomatoes
  12. 7 olives, remove the salt first, and chop
  13. 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Cook the quinoa for 10 minuets, but first put the water into the quinoa after you have put the quinoa into the pot. (the quinoa won’t cook if you don’t add water to it.)
  2. Combine the parmesan cheese, garlic,salt,basil, olive oil and cashewnuts into the blender and blend.
  3. Cook the zuchini on a pan until all sides are brown.
  4. Combine the quinoa, zuchini,arugula, and pesto into a salad bowl.
  5. Add the tomatoes, olives, white vinegar, and dijon mustard into that bowl, mix well and serve.

Healthy Cream for popsicles,ice cream,cakes , truffles and e.t.c.

Lets say you want to make a desert and need cream, you hate canned cream. Don’t worry I have a healthy cream recipe for you right now.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of any milk of your choice.
  2. 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  3. 2 tablespoons of syrup of your choice.
  4. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  5. 1 teaspoon of ginger (optional).

Instructions:

  1. Mix the milk and the coconut oil together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture, mix well.
  3. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add more coconut oil if you need to, but not too much.
  5. Serve and Enjoy in amazing dishes.

Quick fruit mix

Ingredients:

  1. 1 sliced, pitted avacado
  2. 1/8.cup of raspberries, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup of strawberries, chopped
  4. 14 tablespoons of hazelnuts, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  6. 3 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix the chopped hazelnuts with the honey and coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, put the sliced avacado, strawberries and raspberries together.
  3. Add the sweet hazelnuts to the avacados, raspberries and strawberries.
  4. Serve and Enjoy.
