Healthy bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup of cilantro
  2. 1 avocado,peeled and sliced
  3. 1 cup of quinoa
  4. 1/4 cup of brocoli,chopped
  5. 1/4 cup of potatoes ,chopped
  6. 1 bunch of basil
  7. 1 handful of roasted nuts, chopped
  8. 1 carrot,chopped
  9. 1 cup of basil
  10. 8 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  11. 1 cup of micro greens

Ingredients:

  1. Roast the brocoli and potatoes for 30 mineuts simultaneously.
  2. Chop the herbs.
  3. Cook the quinoa for 7 mineuts.
  4. Put the quinoa,herbs, brocoli, potatoes and the other ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve

Blackberry and arugula salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of fresh, washed blackberries
  2. 2 cups of arugula
  3. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  5. 8 tablespoons of walnuts
  6. 1/4 cup of carrots
  7. 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash the carrots and arugula thouroughly.
  2. Chop the carrots and arugula finely.
  3. Chop the walnuts finely.
  4. Add the arugula, carrots, walnuts, and blackberries to a bowl.
  5. Make the dressing using the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and mix well.
  6. Pour the dressing over the fruits and veggies combind (salad) , mix well and serve.

Healthy chocolate popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
  2. 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  3. 1 tablespoons of honey
  4. 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  5. 2 tablespoons of any nut butter
  6. 8 tablespoons of hot water

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl well, make sure there are no lumps when you are done.
  2. Put the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds.
  5. Serve and Enjoy.

Pickled apples

Ingredients:

  1. 2 apples
  2. 2 cups of apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 cup of water
  4. 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  5. 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Wash the apples and chop them finely.
  2. In a saucepan cook the vinegar, sugar, water and turmeric for five minutes.
  3. Put the apples in a jar and when the mixture is cool enough, put the mixture in the jar with the apples.
  4. Let the apples marinate into the mixture fully, then use the pickle in dishes.

Refreshing cucumber popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 2 cups of water
  3. 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  4. 8 tablespoons of orange juice
  5. 4 tablespoons of agave syrup
  6. 1 cup of blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Wash the blueberries and cucumbers well.
  2. Peel the cucumbers.
  3. Chop the cucumbers and blueberries really finely.
  4. Stir the water, lemon juice, and orange juice together really well.
  5. Mix the honey in to the lemon juice, orange juice, and water mixture.
  6. Put 1/4 of the mixture in each mold, and one forth of the cucumbers in these molds as well.
  7. Put one forth of the blueberries in each mold as well.
  8. Freeze for at least 8 hours of overnight.
  9. Let the popsicles loosen a bit from the molds, but don’t let them melt.
  10. Serve and enjoy.

Creamy smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 avacados
  2. 1 pineapple peeled and cut
  3. 1 cup of coconut milk
  4. 1 starfruit, peeled and cut
  5. 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  6. 1 handful of basil
  7. 2 tablespoons of lime juice

Instructions:

1 chop the basil, avocado, pineapple and starfruit.

2. Put the chopped ingredients in the blender.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.

4. Blend and serve.

HEALTHY BRITHDAY CAKE

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of pecans.
  2. 1 teaspoon of orange juice.
  3. 1 cup of hazelnuts.
  4. 1 cup of almond milk.
  5. 1 cup of hemp flour.
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  9. 1/8 cup of whatever fruit you want (I would suggest using cherries that have been pitted.)
  10. 1/12 cup of cocoa powder.
  11. 1 cup of chia seeds. Instructions:
  12. . Pound the nuts.
  13. Mix the nuts, milk, flour,cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange juice together to form the cake batter.
  14. Blend the fruit and chia seeds together, until you have a puree.
  15. Mix the puree into the batter.
  16. Put the batter (with the fruit puree) in a cake tin, but first line up parchment paper in a tin, and use depending on the tin’s size.
  17. Bake for forty five minutes to an hour.
  18. .Let it cool and serve.

White and purple grape popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  2. 1/8 cup of grapes
  3. 1/2 cup of almond milk
  4. 1 tablespoon of honey
  5. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Wash the grapes really well, chop them, and freeze them for 2-4 hours.
  2. Mix the almond milk with the honey, lemon juice,and coconut oil.
  3. When the grapes are done freezing take them out and in each popsicle mold put one-eight of the mixture and put one- eight of the amount of grapes you have.
  4. Freeze the popsicles for 3-5 hours.
  5. Let the popsicles loosen up from the mold a little bit but don’t make them become liquid again.
  6. Serve.

Quinoa salad

  1. 1 cup of quinoa
  2. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  5. 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  6. 1 sliced avocado
  7. 1 clove of garlic
  8. 1 brocoli, chopped
  9. 1 handful of parsely

Instructions:

  1. Chop and roast the carrots for 30 mineuts.
  2. Boil the quinoa with water for 10 mineuts, and leave a lid on it and turn if off, and leave , the remaining energey will cook the quinoa and make it light and fluffy.
  3. Chop the garlic and mix it with the lemon, olive oil, and wine vinegar.
  4. Mix the quinoa, carrots,and dressing with the rest of ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Serve.
