Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of cilantro
- 1 avocado,peeled and sliced
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1/4 cup of brocoli,chopped
- 1/4 cup of potatoes ,chopped
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 handful of roasted nuts, chopped
- 1 carrot,chopped
- 1 cup of basil
- 8 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 cup of micro greens
Ingredients:
- Roast the brocoli and potatoes for 30 mineuts simultaneously.
- Chop the herbs.
- Cook the quinoa for 7 mineuts.
- Put the quinoa,herbs, brocoli, potatoes and the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Serve
