Healthy donuts

So if we all love donuts but want to eat healthy, or if your parents love donuts but have bad eating habits give these donuts to the, we should make them on our own, this recipe is very easy, even though they are really hard to make. Ready to make them? Let’s get started.

Ingredients:

  1. 5 cups of baking soda flour
  2. 4 eggs
  3. ¼ cup of honey
  4. 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  5. 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  6. 5 tablespoons of water
  7. 1 cup of whatever flavor sauce you are using (I used raspberry and chocolate sauce)
  8. 2 cups of fruit

Instructions:

  1. Put the baking soda flour, maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, water and eggs together in a bowl.
  2. Put the sauce and the fruits in a food processer, until smooth
  3. Put it in the bowl with the other ingredients and mix them all together.
  4. Roll the dough into donuts with your palms and put them on the baking tray
  5. Bake at 375, for 45 minutes to an hour
  6. Serve at let cool

Arugula and poppy seed salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of arugula
  2. 4 tablespoons of poppy seeds
  3. 1 cup of lentils, cooked
  4. 1/4 cup of grapes
  5. 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  6. 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  7. 1/8 cup of cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Wash the grapes, cherry tomatoes, and arugula well.
  2. Chop the grapes, cherry tomatoes, and arugula finely.
  3. Mix the poppy seeds, vinegar, and lemon juice to form the dressing.
  4. Add the grapes, tomaotes, and arugula in a bowl with the lentils.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad.
  6. Mix well and serve.

Pecan popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of pecans
  2. 1/8 cup of maple syrup
  3. 1 cup of coconut oil
  4. 1/2 cup of water
  5. 1 cup of almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Toast the pecans until they are nice and brown.
  2. In a food processer combine the pecans, water, coconut oil and maple syrup and process until you have a butter like texture.
  3. Put the pecan nut butter with the almond milk in a blender and blend until you have a smoothie like texture.
  4. Put an eighth of the popsicle mixture in each mold.
  5. Freeze the popsicles overnight.
  6. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds. (DON’T let them melt)
  7. Serve and enjoy.

Fennel salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of fennel, chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  4. 8 tablespoons of crumbly feta cheese

Instructions:

  1. Make the dressing using the olive oil and apple cider vinegar
  2. Chop the feta cheese
  3. Put the feta cheese with the fennel
  4. Add the dressing to the feta cheese and fennel
  5. Mix well and serve

Apricot popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 8 dry apricots
  2. 1 cup of almond milk
  3. 1 tablespoon of orange blossom syrup
  4. 1 tablespoon of rose syrup

Instructions:

  1. Chop the apricots finely
  2. Mix the other ingredients well in a bowl.
  3. Add the apricots to the mixture.
  4. Put 1/10-1/8 of the mixture in each mold.
  5. Freeze the popsicles overnight.
  6. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds but don’t let them melt.
  7. Serve immediately and Enjoy.

Tempeh salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 slices of tempeh
  2. 1 cup of romaine lettuce
  3. 1/4 cup of brocoli
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1/4 cup of mushrooms
  6. 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  7. 4 tablespoons of cashew cream
  8. 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop the tempeh into cubes.
  2. Chop the brocoli, mushrooms,tomato, and romaine lettuce finely.
  3. Bake the brocoli, tempeh, and mushrooms for 30 mineuts in the oven.
  4. Keep the tomato and romaine lettuce in a bowl.
  5. Add the roasted brocoli, tempeh, and mushrooms to the romaine lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Make the dressing with the olive oil, wine vinegar, and cahsew cream.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Serve and Gulp down!

3 weeks of healthy popsicles

Welcome to my 3 week healthy dessert program! We are going to make popsicles for three weeks.

Week 1:

Plum popsicles:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ripe plum
  2. 3 cups of water
  3. 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions:

  1. Chop the plums finely and pit them.
  2. Mix the water and honey together.
  3. Add the plums to the honey and water and mix well.
  4. Put one sixth of the mixture in each mold.
  5. Freeze the popsicles overnight .
  6. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
  7. Serve and Enjoy

Week 2:

Cherry popsicles:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup of cherries, pitted
  2. 2 cups of rice milk
  3. 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Instructions:

  1. Chop the pitted cherries finely
  2. Mix the rice milk with the agave syrup
  3. Add the cherries to the rice milk and agave syrup and mix well
  4. Put 1/8 of the mixture in each mold
  5. Freeze the popsicles overnight
  6. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
  7. Serve

Week 3:

Orange juice popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of orange juice
  2. 2 cups of cold water
  3. 1/4 cup of mint, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together well.
  2. Put 1/8 of the mixture in each mold
  3. Freeze the popsicles overnight
  4. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
  5. Serve
