Pineapple popsicles

  1. 1 cup of pineapple, peeled and chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  3. 1+1/2 cup of almond milk
  4. 1 frozen banana, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Blend the pineapple, banana and almond milk together, until you have a smoothie like texture.
  2. Put the maple syrup in to the mixture and mix.
  3. Put 1/10 of the mixture in each mold.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds (DON’T let them melt)
  6. Serve.

Healthy vegan chocolate frosting

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup of cashew cream
  3. 1/3 cup of almond cream
  4. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Let the chocolate cool, by putting it in the fridge for a bit.
  3. Whip the cashew and almond cream with the chocolate.
  4. Mix with the maple syrup.
  5. Put in the fridge for 15 minuets.
  6. Serve on cakes.

Matcha cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/16 cup of matcha powder
  2. 2 cups of almond flour
  3. 1 cup of almond milk
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  6. 1 tablespoon of honey
  7. 16 tablespoons of water
  8. 1 tablespoon of oil
  9. 1 tablespoon of baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Mix the matcha powder and milk together well .
  2. Microwave the matcha milk for 30 minuets
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, eggs, maple syrup, agave syrup, water and oil.
  4. Add the matcha milk to the bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Put parchement paper along a baking tin.
  7. Put the mixture in the baking tin.
  8. Bake at 350 F-375 F for an hour.
  9. Slice into squares.
  10. Let the cake cool and Serve.

Blueberry bars

ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of blueberry powder
  2. 1/2 cup of almond flour
  3. 1/8 cup of blueberry sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  5. 2 eggs, cracked
  6. 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  7. 1 cup of any nut butter you like
  8. 1/8 cup of maple syrup
  9. 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl well and make sure there are no lumps and that everything is mixed together, (nothing is left out of the mixture) .
  2. Use a glass container and pour in the mixture
  3. Bake at 375 F for around 45 minuets.
  4. Slice the blueberry bars into squares.
  5. Let it cool and serve.

Zuchini bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of almond flour
  2. 1 zuchini, chopped finely and thinly
  3. 2 tablespoons of chilli flakes
  4. 4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  5. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. 1 clove of garlic
  7. 1 pound of basil
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1 avocado peeled
  10. 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggs, flour, olive oil, zuchini, chilli flakes, and red wine vinegar in a bowl well.
  2. In a food processer combine the rest of the ingredients until the puree is smooth.
  3. Add the basil puree to the batter and mix them well together.
  4. Bake at 375 F for an hour.
  5. Let the bread cool.
  6. Mash the avocado and mix it with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Spread the avocado cream all over the zuchini cake.
  8. Slice the cake and serve imenently.

Pistachio popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of almond milk
  2. 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  3. 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  4. 16 pistachios, peeled and chopped
  5. 1 tablespoon of water
  6. 1 tablespoon of rose syrup

Instructions:

  1. Cook the almond milk, agave syrup, rose syrup, and maple syrup for 3 minuets.
  2. Let the sweet milk cook for 2-4 minuets.
  3. Put the sweet milk, pistachios, and water in a blender until you have a smoothie like texture.
  4. Put 1/6 of the mixutre in each mold.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds. (DON’T let them melt)
  7. Serve

Strawberry popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. 6 strawberries
  2. 1 cup of almond milk
  3. 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  4. 1 tablespoon of orange juice

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries thorougly.
  2. Chop the strawberries finely.
  3. Mix the almond milk, agave syrup, and orange juice well.
  4. Put the strawberries into the milk mixture and mix well.
  5. In each mold, put 1/12-1/4 of the mixture depending on how many popsicles you have.
  6. Freeze the popsicles overnight.
  7. Let the popsicles loosen from the molds. (IMPORTANT: DON’T let them melt.)
  8. Serve

Healthy brocoli salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 brocoli floret, without the stem
  2. 1 cup of cashew cream
  3. 4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  5. 1 cup of dry lentils

Instructions:

  1. Boil the lentils for 15-20 minuets.
  2. Chop the brocoli finely.
  3. Put the lentils and brocoli in a bowl.
  4. Mix the cashew cream with the brocoli and lentils.
  5. Make the dressing using the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  7. Mix well and serve.

Kale creamy soup

Ingredients:

1.2 bunches  of kale

2. 1/2 cup of cashew nuts

3. 1 teaspoon of salt

4. 1 tablespoon of  water

5.6 slices of squash

6.1 teaspoon of oil

7.  1/4 cup of herbs

4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Boil the veggies.
  2. Cook the boiled veggies with the olive oil in a pan for 5 minuets
  3. Blend every thing except the cashews .  

4. Get the cashews that have been soaked  and blend the cashews .  

5.   Toss the  cashew cream in the soup.

6. Mix the soup and the cream.  

7. Let the soup simmer for 40 minuets .

8. Mix with the vinegar to give it flavor

9. Serve
